MDJAC can be commissioned to provide preliminary advice on the potential role of trees in any new or alleged building damage in the absence of other technical details such as crack or ground level monitoring data, to provide preliminary arboricultural recommendations. However, we also take instructions from insurers who require a full assessment using the above data in combination with soil analysis and other geotechnical assessments, and can often provide clear and concise vegetation management recommendations to remediate the damage.
