Matt was instructed by Courtney Green Limited who manage many sites across West Sussex, to provide advice in relation to the risks posed by trees on several sites in and around Horsham. Following the completion of several smaller surveys for this client, Matt was commissioned to carry out a full tree risk assessment of two of their larger sites, recently completed by Berkeley Homes.
The size and scale of the projects was potentially daunting for the client, but Matt’s previous investment in state of the art, online tree management software, meant that he could provide real-time updates on the project’s progress by allowing the client access to the software.
Matt provided a clear and concise tree schedule of over 300 trees across both sites, providing an assessment of the current condition of the tree stock, the risks they posed to residents of the site and the general public using the Downs Link Footpath, and clear management recommendations to mitigate these.
Courtney Green Limited has retained access to the survey data and can quickly and easily refer back to it when queries are raised by residents.
